M&C Saatchi World Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. and Communications Research Strategies (Pvt.) Ltd. (CRS) have announced a new partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today . The collaboration brings together two leading names in the communications industry with a shared vision: to deliver smarter, more integrated, and purpose-driven advertising and advocacy solutions in Pakistan.

This strategic alliance combines M&C Saatchi’s global creative and media expertise with CRS’s deep experience in public relations, advocacy, and strategic communications. Together, the two agencies aim to design campaigns that not only inspire audiences but also drive meaningful social and behavioral impact.

Through this partnership, both firms will collaborate on advertising, PR, and advocacy initiatives — blending creativity, research, and strategy to help clients tell their stories more powerfully. The MOU formalizes a shared commitment to exchange knowledge, insights, and tools while delivering holistic communication strategies in Pakistan’s fast-evolving media landscape.

Imran Irshad, representative of M&C Saatchi World Services Pakistan, shared his enthusiasm for the partnership, “This partnership brings together creativity and purpose — a combination that has the power to reshape how brands and causes engage people and inspire positive change in Pakistan.”

Muhammad Aniq Zafar, CEO of Communications Research Strategies (CRS), added, “CRS and M&C Saatchi share a deep belief in the power of communication to shape narratives and influence progress. Together, we’ll be able to offer our clients even more integrated and insight-driven solutions that make a real difference.”

M&C Saatchi World Services Pakistan will lead on advertising, media planning, digital, and creative strategy, ensuring brand messages are both innovative and aligned with broader advocacy goals. Communications Research Strategies (CRS) will take the lead on public relations and advocacy, managing stakeholder engagement, media outreach, crisis communication, and strategic messaging.

The two agencies will work closely to define advocacy goals, measure results, and co-create campaigns that deliver tangible, lasting impact.
