Major General Saif Muhair Al Mazrouei, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Operations at Dubai Police, confirmed that special units have been deployed across the venue and surrounding areas to ensure order and safety.
Authorities have issued a strict warning to fans: engaging in violence, throwing objects, or using racist/abusive language could lead to a fine of Dh30,000 — over PKR 2.2 million — along with possible imprisonment.
